Trauma-informed, relationship-based support designed to help young people heal, grow, and thrive.
We believe every child who has experienced trauma deserves access to safe, nurturing care. Our mission is to provide outstanding therapeutic residential care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
By creating safe, nurturing homes where healing happens through consistent relationships and evidence-based practice, we help young people build resilience and reach their full potential.

Our care is underpinned by the PACE model developed by Dr Dan Hughes. It provides a framework for building trust and connection with traumatised children.

Our homes provide therapeutic care for up to two young people aged 10–18 who have experienced early adversity. Each home is best suited to children who will benefit from a calm, consistent environment with high levels of individual attention, nurturing relationships, and a therapeutic approach to everyday life.
We welcome young people who may have found it difficult to feel safe or settled in the past. Through patience, consistency, and genuine connection, we help them to rebuild trust, develop confidence, and begin to see a positive future for themselves. Every young person is unique, and our care is shaped around their individual strengths, interests, and goals.
We understand that behaviour is communication. When young people display challenging behaviour, we look beneath the surface to understand what they are trying to tell us.

Recognising that behaviour often stems from past experiences.
Maintaining connection even during difficult moments.
Focusing on repair and learning rather than punishment.
Providing predictable responses that build security.
