Childrens Residential Support Worker
You will support young people aged 10-18 using our PACE therapeutic model, working within a consistent team to ensure stability and care.
Requirements:
- •Experience working with young people (preferred)
- •QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve)
- •Full UK driving licence
- •Enhanced DBS check
Childrens Senior Residential Worker
Assist the Manager in leading the team. You will hold or be working towards QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare and help ensure high standards of care.
Requirements:
- •Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare
- •QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- •Leadership experience
- •Full UK driving licence
Waking Night Staff
Deployed based on individual risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of our young people during the night.
Requirements:
- •Experience in care or support roles
- •Ability to work night shifts
- •Enhanced DBS check
